Matt Hamilton:
Matt was an early employee at Venmo, working on many aspects of the product through 2 acquisitions, starting as a software engineer and later working as a Senior Product Manager. He helped build likes, the Developer & Payouts API, ran the Money team and pay with Venmo while Venmo scaled to >$1 billion in volume/month.
In 2017, he joined Stash as VP Product, growing the product team from 2 to 10 on the philosophy of being data- and customer-driven. Under Matt’s leadership his team was able to dramatically improve their conversion funnel, launch Retirement accounts and build the foundation of the Stash debit card.
He is currently VP Product at Novo, the operating system for businesses through powerfully simple technology and the most personalized service in banking.
