The Office of Graduate Student Affairs and Alumni Relations at Columbia Engineering (The Fu Foundation School of Engineering of Applied Science) is hosting an exclusive in-person event on January 14th in Beijing China for students currently enrolled in a graduate program at the school.
On January 14th, Kevin Li, an alumnus/alumna of Columbia Engineering's graduate program, will present their experience as a student, and provide insight on their journey at Columbia University and beyond the campus.
Please note, this event is limited due to COVID-19 policies and will be capped at 50 participants. Columbia Engineering will expect you to attend if you make the commitment and we ask that students only RSVP if they will attend.
About the Alumni:
Kevin Li has over 18 years of banking and capital market industry experience, with his career started on Wall Street, specializing in fixed income credit derivative analysis, front office trading system design and implementation, and risk management platform implementation.
Since moving to China in 2009, Kevin has acted as SME and solution leader for major consultancy firms such as IBM GBS, PwC and Deloitte. Before China, Kevin served as team lead for Citigroup Capital Markets’ FICC credit derivative front office model and analysis team from 2005 to 2009 in New York. Prior to Citigroup, he worked at Barclays Capital’s FICC fixed income credit derivative business in New York. Kevin holds BS ('02) and MS('07) from SEAS as well as CFA, FRM designation. Kevin is a member of US Engineering honors society Tau Beta Pi and currently serves as the President of Columbia Alumni Association Beijing.
